My friend needs a plumber to repair her kitchen drain for free.

My friend has a very low income (450.00) a month. She needs repair done to her twinplex to fix the main pipe leading from the basement up to the kitchen sink. She cannot pay for a plumber. She lives in Akron, OH. Can anyone help her? Thanks!

Hello, Hud has several program for low to moderate income individuals. Below are several links. I would look at the Hud Prgram web site and go from there. I hope this helps your friend. GOD BLESS SSHEA1
